Parmesan Cheese Latkes with Assorted Herbs

Ingredients for 6 individual servings within a round baking dish (clay/Pyrex etc.):
5.3 ounces grams grated Tnuva Parmesan Cheese
3.5 ounces grated Tnuva Mozzarella Cheese
2 ounces Tnuva butter
3 tablespoons flour
1 cup milk
5 egg whites
4 egg yolks
2 chopped basil leaves
1 tablespoon grated oregano
1 teaspoon grated thyme
1 teaspoon chopped rosemary
pinch of salt
  1. Beat the egg whites until you get a stable foam
  2. Melt butter in a pot, add the flour until you have a paste and stir for a minute
  3. Slowly sprinkle milk into the paste until it is all incorporated
  4. Remove from flame while mixing and stir in the egg yolks
  5. Add in both cheeses and herbs to the batter
  6. Fold egg white mixture into the batter with a spatula
  7. Grease the individual baking dishes and pour in the mixture
  8. Bake at 390 degrees F/ 200 degrees C for about 15 minutes
