Feta And Tomato Crostini With Basil

Ingredients:
Ciabatta Bread, thinly sliced
Tnuva Cow’s Milk Feta or Sheep’s Milk Feta Cheese
Cherry Tomatoes, halved
A bundle of fresh basil
Honey
Olive oil
Sea salt, according to taste
Black pepper, according to taste

Instructions:
1. Pre-heat the oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Brush the slices of ciabatta bread with olive oil and place into the racks. Bake for 10-15 minutes.
3. Slice the feta cheese into thick slices and place onto the toasted bread.
4. Gently top the feta slices with 2 tomato halves and a couple basil leaves. Drizzle with a little honey and add salt and pepper, according to taste.
5. Serve and enjoy!
