Preparation Time: 20 Minutes

Cooking Time: 20 Minutes

1 cup of Tnuva Quark Creamy Soft White Cheese, at room temperature
6 eggs, scrambled
4 slices Tnuva Edam Cheese, cut into small pieces
1/3 cup of your favorite fresh herbs (parsley, basil, mint, dill or cilantro), coarsely chopped
1 onion, finely chopped
Sea salt, according to taste
Coarse black pepper, according to taste
Olive oil

1. Pre-heat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. In a large bowl, mix together the eggs, cheeses and herbs. Season with salt and pepper according to taste.
3. Heat up some olive oil in a heat-resistant skillet and fry the onions until they turn golden brown. Spread the fried onions throughout the skillet and pour the egg and cheese mixture onto the skillet. Fry the batter without stirring it for about five minutes, until it turns lightly brown.
4. Remove the skillet from the stove and place into the oven for 10-15 minutes until the frittata inflates and appears golden.
5. Remove from the oven and slice into triangles. The frittata can be served hot or at room temperature.
