Triple Chocolate Brownies

Preparation Time: 20 minutes

Ingredients:
185 grams of dark chocolate, chopped
185 grams of Tnuva’s Butter
3 eggs
250 grams (1 ¼ cups) of sugar
70 grams (½ cup) of cocoa powder
90 grams (⅔ of a cup) of flour
100 grams of white chocolate, cut into 1 cm squares
100 grams of milk chocolate, cut into 1 cm squares
100 grams of pecans, finely chopped

Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees
Place the dark chocolate and the butter in a bowl and melt in the microwave. Take it out and let it cool down to room temperature.
Grab a mixer and beat the eggs and sugar until it peaks. Pour the chocolate mixture into and mix until well stirred.
Sift the cocoa and flour over the mixture and stir. Leave ¼ of the sliced milk and white chocolate to the side and melt the rest. Add the melted chocolate to the mixture and stir lightly.
Pour the mixture into a baking pan that is lined with a baking sheet. Sprinkle with pecans and the remaining chocolate squares. Bake for 35-40 minutes.
Let it cool, then cut it into squares.
