Wrap with Omelet, Feta and Arugula

2/3 cup of Tnuva Bulgarian Feta Light

1 teaspoon of Tnuva Butter

3 eggs

A pinch of salt

¾ cup of arugula leaves

6 cherry tomatoes

2 tortilla wraps

Black pitted olives

1. Heat up a Teflon pan with butter. Meanwhile, crack and beat eggs in a bowl and season with salt.

2. Pour the eggs onto the pan and cook for about 1 minute.

3. Using a flat spatula, prepare the eggs into an omelet. Make sure not to let the edges overcook. Sprinkle some Tnuva Bulgarian Feta cheese over the omelet and cook for another 1-2 minutes.

4. Toast the tortillas using a small skillet. Make sure to flip each tortilla to toast each side.

5. Place one half of the omelet onto each tortilla. On the nearest third of each tortilla, place a handful of arugula and some tomatoes

6. Hold the tortilla and roll edges while shaping into a cylinder. Best served hot and fresh.
