Ingredients:
Crust:
- 3 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons dry yeast
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 1/4 cups water
- 1/2 tablespoon salt
Mushrooms:
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 baskets mushrooms (champignon, Portobello, or a mix), chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, sliced
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 3 sprigs thyme (optional)
Sauce:
- 1 container Tnuva Premium Cheese Spread, Original Flavor
- 4 tablespoons milk
- 3 slices Tnuva Muenster Cheese, cut into small pieces
- 2 tablespoons flour
- Salt & pepper to taste
Topping:
- 11 ounces Tnuva Muenster Cheese Slices, cut into small pieces
Instructions
- Put all the crust ingredients in a mixer with the dough hook. Knead for about 2 minutes on low speed and then add the salt. Knead for another 7 minutes until you have a soft, flexible dough. If the dough is sticky, add a little flour; if dry, add a little water. Cover the dough and put in a warm place until double in volume.
- For the mushrooms, heat the oil in a large skillet over a medium flame. Add the mushrooms and stir fry until browned. Add the garlic and seasoning, and stir fry for another 3 minutes.
- For the sauce, combine all ingredients and mix well until smooth.
- Heat the oven to 450°F. Put the oven tray, upside-down, into the bottom third of the oven.
