White Bread Spinach Quiche
Yield: 8 servings
Prep time: 20 minutes
Level: Easy
Ingredients:
- 1 loaf sliced white bread
- 7 ounces Tnuva Butter, softened
- 2 bags frozen spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 1/2 containers Tnuva Feta Cheese
- 3 slices Tnuva Muenster Cheese, cut into small pieces
Instructions
- Cut away the crusts from the bread.
- Spread butter on both sides of the bread slices and arrange side by side in a quiche pan. Set aside 6 slices for decorating the top.
- Crumble the Feta cheese all over the bread, and then top with the spinach.
- Spread the reserved bread slices with butter and cut into strips. Arrange in a diagonal design on top of the spinach. (To make this more fun for kids, you can cut shapes out of the reserved bread, using a cookie cutter. Place the shapes on top of the quiche instead of strips.)
- Sprinkle pieces of Muenster cheese all over.
- Bake at 350°F until the bread forms a golden crust.
