Cheese and Chocolate Sufganiyot

½ cup of Tnuva Quark Creamy Soft Cheese
½ cup of Tnuva Goat Cheese
2 eggs
½ cup of flour
1 ½ tablespoons of sugar
1 ½ teaspoons of baking powder
½ teaspoon of vanilla extract
A pinch of salt
¾ ounce of dark chocolate, chopped
Powdered sugar for topping
Tnuva Butter for frying

1. In a bowl, mix both cheeses and the eggs. Using a hand mixer, whisk together.
2. Add in the flour, sugar, baking powder, vanilla extract and the salt and blend well. Then, add in the chopped chocolate.
3. Heat up a large skillet with at least half an inch of oil. Once the oil is hot, carefully place 5-6 teaspoons of the batter onto the skillet. Fry until golden brown and flip to fully cook on all sides. Remove from heat and place to cool on a plate lined with paper towel.
4. Continue until all the batter has been prepared. Top with powdered sugar and serve warm.
