Pasta with Broccoli, Green Onion and Cheese

Cooking Time: 20 minutes

21 Oz fresh broccoli
17.6 Oz of pasta (not long ones)
1/2 cup olive oil
5 cloves of garlic, crushed
5 Green onions, chopped
Handful of copped parsley
Crushed black pepper
Salt, freshly ground black pepper
1/2 cup copped dried tomatoes in oil
7 Oz Tnuva Mozzarella Cheese, grated

1. Cut broccoli into small flowers and the stems into small matches.
2. Fill pot with 5 liters of water add salt and let boil. Add pasta and broccoli and cook till pasta is nice and soft.
3. Heat olive oil add the garlic and fry for 1/2 minute. Add pasta, broccoli, parsley, dried tomatoes and green onion. Season with salt and pepper and mix for 2 minutes.
4. Put in a serving dish and sprinkle with cheese and crushed black pepper.
