Baked Avocado with Eggs and Muenster

Serves: 6
Ingredients:
3 large and ripe (but not too soft) avocados
3-4 tablespoons of olive oil
6 medium sized eggs
About half a package of Tnuva’s sliced Muenster
Salt, black pepper, to taste
Chili powder, to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 390 ⁰F.
2. Line up a baking pan with a sheet of baking paper. Rinse the avocados.
3. Split the avocados, remove the pit and, using a spoon, loosen the pulp so that there is more room for the egg.
4. Place the halves of the avocado in a pan, brush them with a little olive oil and break an egg into each pitted out avocado half.
5. Rip the sliced cheese with your fingers and place over the egg. Add some salt, black pepper and chili powder, and bake for about 10-15 minutes, until the egg is ready, but the yolk is still slightly soft.
