Apple Pancakes with Cheese
Servings: makes 7-10 patties
Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 10 minutes
¾ cup of milk
1 tablespoon of canola oil
1 egg, beaten
1 tablespoon of apple sauce
1 tablespoon of Tnuva Quark Creamy Soft Cheese
1 cup of self-rising flour
1. Place all ingredients, except for the self-rising flour, into a medium-sized bowl.
2. Mix ingredients into an even and thick batter. Add in the flour and stir. Make sure to avoid creating lumps of flour.
3. Heat up a Teflon pan to a medium temperature. Make sure not to let the pan get too hot.
4. Using a ladle, pour a small amount of batter onto the hot pan. After two minutes, flip the pancake using a ladle. Repeat these steps until all the batter is cooked.
5. Remove all the finished pancakes from the heat and serve.
