Cooking Time: 25 minutes
Ingredients:
1 loaf gourmet circular or ovular bread
3 ½ tablespoons Tnuva Butter, melted
1/8 cup Tnuva Kashkaval, grated
3/4 cup Tnuva Edam, Mozzarella or Cheddar Cheese, shredded

3 tablespoons mixed herbs of your choice (oregano, rosemary, thyme), finely chopped
Instructions:

2. Gently cut the bread in a grid-like manner at 1-inch intervals, without cutting all the way to the bottom. Make sure that slices are about 1 inch from the bottom.
3. Mix the butter and garlic together. Pour into the sliced parts of the bread.
4. Mix together all the cheeses and bury into the slices of bread. Top with fresh herbs.
5. Wrap bread in foil and place onto a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake for 15 minutes.
6. Remove bread from the oven and remove the foil. Bake uncovered for about 10 minutes, until golden.
