Corn-Cheese Kugelettes
Yield: 18 kugelettes

Ingredients:
1 2-pound bag frozen corn
2 containers Tnuva Quark Creamy Soft Cheese 5%
1 cup sour cream
7 ounces Tnuva Edam cheese slices, cut into small pieces
4 eggs, beaten
½ cup flour
1 tablespoon oil
Salt to taste
Non-stick spray for preparing cake pans
Instructions:
1. Place the corn in a strainer and rinse with tap water. Drain, then empty into a large bowl.
2. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
3. Pour into muffin tins and bake for 30 minutes in a 350 ⁰F oven until golden brown.
