5 tablespoons olive oil
2 onions, diced
½ teaspoon fresh chili pepper, diced finely
6 cloves garlic, crushed
½ bag (14 oz.) frozen spinach, thawed and drained
2 containers Tnuva Quark Creamy Soft Cheese, 5%
2 tablespoons flour
1 bunch fresh parsley, chopped
3 eggs
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon white pepper
1 teaspoon lemon juice

Repeat this procedure with 3 more pieces of filo dough so that the whole bottom of the pan is covered.. Pour the filling onto the dough, and then cover with the edges.
5. Bake for about 40 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from the oven and cool. Remove from the pan and serve.
