Feta-Olive Quesadillas
Feta-Olive Quesadillas

Ingredients:
5 corn or wheat tortillas
1 package Tnuva Feta Cheese, sliced thinly
1 cup assorted olives, pitted and chopped
½ cup cilantro leaves, chopped
Oil for frying
Instructions:
1. Cover one half of each tortilla with Feta cheese, olives and cilantro, leaving a ¼” border all around.
2. Fold the empty half of the tortilla over the full half and press gently. Repeat with the remaining tortillas.
3. Heat a small amount of oil in a large skillet. Place two quesadillas at a time on the skillet and fry until brown. Carefully turn over and fry the other side until brown and all the cheese is melted.
4. Remove from skillet. Cut each quesadilla in half and serve.
