Bulgur Salad

Ingredients:
1 cup bulgur, cooked
1 cup parsley, chopped finely
3 green onions, chopped
4 large dates, sliced
¼ cup sunflower seeds
4 ounces Tnuva Crumbled Feta Cheese
Dressing:
3 tablespoons olive oil
Juice of one lemon
1 clove garlic, crushed
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Combine all dressing ingredients in a jar and shake well. Taste and correct seasoning.
2. Place the bulgur in a pretty bowl. Add the remaining ingredients and toss well.
3. Add the dressing just before serving.
