Pumpkin Pie with Cream Cheese Frosting

Ingredients:
3 eggs
½ cup Demerara sugar
¼ cup real maple syrup
½ container Greek yogurt
1/3 cup oil
1 ¼ cups canned pumpkin pie filling
1 ½ cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
1 ¾ teaspoons pumpkin spice
Frosting:
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tablespoon Greek yogurt
3 tablespoons Tnuva Premium Cheese Spread, original flavor
Pinch cinnamon (optional)
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 ⁰F. Grease and line a 9” round pan.
2. In a large bowl, beat eggs with the Demerara sugar and the maple syrup.
3. Add the yogurt and the oil and beat well. Add the pumpkin and mix well.
4. Sift the dry ingredients and fold gently into the batter just until incorporated.
5. Bake for 35-45 minutes or until a tester inserted into the center comes out clean. Let cool.
6. Meanwhile, beat all the frosting ingredients. Pour over cake and serve.
