Apple Crumble Cheese Pie

Ingredients:
Base:
1/2 cup + 2 tablespoons flour
1/2 cup brown sugar
8 ounces Tnuva Butter, at room temperature
Cheese layer:
2 1/2 containers Tnuva Premium Cheese Spread, original flavor
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 eggs
Apple layer:
2 Granny Smith apples, peeled and diced
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
2 teaspoons brown sugar
Crumble:
7 tablespoons oatmeal
4 tablespoons chopped cashew nuts
1/2 cup brown sugar
4 ounces Tnuva Butter, at room temperature
1/2 cup flour
Topping: Caramel syrup
Frosting:
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tablespoon Greek yogurt
3 tablespoons Tnuva Premium Cheese Spread, original flavor
Pinch cinnamon (optional)
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 ºF.
2. Combine the ingredients for the base until it forms a dough. Press evenly into a 9 x 13″ baking pan and bake for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool. Do not turn off the oven.
3. Beat the Tnuva cheese with the sugar until smooth. Add the eggs and vanilla and mix just until incorporated. Pour over the base.
4. Toss the apples with the cinnamon and the brown sugar. Arrange evenly over the cheese layer.
5. Put all the crumble ingredients in a bowl and mix until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
6. Sprinkle evenly over the apple layer.
7. Return the pan to the oven and bake for another 25 minutes. Reduce heat to 300 ºF and continue baking for another 5 minutes.
8. Before serving, pour caramel syrup all over the cake.
