Easy Marble Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting

Yield: 2 loaf pans

Ingredients:

3 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/4 cup sour cream
2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
Dash salt
3 teaspoons cinnamon

Frosting:
1 container Tnuva Premium Cheese Spread, Original Flavor
¼ cup heavy cream
4 tablespoons powdered sugar

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 ⁰F. In a medium bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar until light colored.
2. Add vanilla and sour cream and mix well.
3. Add the flour, baking powder and salt and mix just until incorporated. (Don’t overmix.)
4. Pour ¾ of the batter into the two loaf pans. Add the cinnamon to the rest of the batter in the bowl. Mix well.
5. Divide the cinnamon batter between the two loaf pans. Swirl with a knife to get a marble effect. Bake for 30 minutes or until a tester comes out clean.
6. Beat all the frosting ingredients in a mixer or by hand until smooth. Make sure the cakes are completely cool before frosting.
