Matzoh Cream Cake

Ingredients:

6 matzohs
2 cups milk
1 container heavy cream
1 container Tnuva Premium Cheese Spread, original flavor
7 ounces dark chocolate

Topping:
½ container heavy cream
2 heaping tablespoons vanilla instant pudding
3 ounces dark chocolate, grated

Instructions:

1. Melt the chocolate with 1/3 of the cream in the microwave. Whisk until smooth. Put in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
2. Beat the chilled chocolate cream together with the Premium Cheese Spread and the rest of the cream until smooth.
3. To assemble the cake, dip the first matzo in milk and place on a wide, flat serving plate. Spread with chocolate cream. Continue in the same way with the rest of the matzos, ending with a piece of matzo.
4. For the topping, beat the cream with the pudding until firm. Spread on top of the cake. Decorate with the grated chocolate.
5. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
