Creamy Vegetable Kugelettes

Ingredients:
About 14 ounces fresh or frozen vegetables of your choice (broccoli, cauliflower, sweet potato cubes, zucchini, squash, onion, etc.)
3 eggs
1 container half-and-half or 1 ¼ cups milk
7 ounces Tnuva Edam Cheese Slices, cut into tiny pieces
Salt & pepper to taste
1 tablespoon fresh basil (optional)
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 ⁰F.
2. Beat the eggs, cream or milk, seasoning and half of the cheese.
3. Arrange the vegetables in a muffin tray (12 muffins). Cover with the egg mixture. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
4. Bake for 25 minutes or until nicely browned.
