Cheese Herb Leftover Challah

Ingredients:
1 large loaf challah or other bread
4 tablespoons melted butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
A handful of chopped fresh herbs (thyme, basil, rosemary, etc.)
Coarse salt, to taste
1 package Tnuva Edam Cheese Slices, cut into small pieces
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 ⁰F. Line an oven pan with parchment paper.
2. In a mixer bowl, combine the butter, garlic, herbs and salt. Mix well.
3. Score the challah in opposing directions, cutting only halfway through its thickness so that it stays whole.
4. Stuff the spaces where the challah was cut with the Edam cheese. Brush with the butter-herb mixture.
5. Bake for 25 minutes or until cheese is bubbly. Serve warm.
