Alternative Coconut Almond Custard

Ingredients:

4 cups Tnuva Alternative Coconut Almond Drink
½ cup cornstarch
½ cup sugar

Topping:
Maple syrup and seasonal fruit, diced

Instructions:

1. In a medium bowl, whisk 1 cup of the coconut almond drink with the cornstarch until the mixture is smooth and has no lumps.
2. Put the rest of the coconut almond drink in a saucepan with the sugar and heat over medium flame, stirring constantly, until the sugar is dissolved. Heat to almost boiling.
3. Whisk the cornstarch mixture again and add to the heated mixture in the saucepan. Lower heat and stir constantly for 5-7 minutes until mixture thickens. Remove from heat and pour into ramekins or silicon molds. Chill in the fridge for at least four hours.
4. Before servings, turn out the custard on a plate. Decorate with maple syrup and diced fruit.
