Three-Cheese Filo Pastry

Ingredients:

1 package filo pastry, thawed according to package directions
4 ounces melted butter
1 ¼ containers Tnuva Premium Cheese Spread, Original Flavor
1 package Tnuva Muenster Cheese Slices, cut into small pieces
14 ounces Tnuva Feta Cheese, crumbled
Salt & pepper to taste
Olive oil and ground chili peppers for sprinkling on top

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350⁰F.
2. Combine all the cheeses with the seasoning and mix well.
3. Grease an 8” round pan with butter. Spread out one filo sheet to cover the pan, and brush generously with butter. Continue repeating this process with filo sheets for a total of 7 sheets.
4. Place filling on top of the filo pastry.
5. Cover with another sheet of filo, and brush with butter. Continue repeating this process with filo sheets for a total of 7 sheets.
4. Lift the edges of the dough over the sides of the pan.
5. Brush with more butter on top and bake for 40 minutes or until nice and brown.
6. Remove from oven and sprinkle with a few drops of olive oil and ground chili peppers. Let cool for at least 30 minutes before serving.
