Feta Cheese Cauliflower “Burger”

Ingredients:
½ medium cauliflower, separated into florets
2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
2 tablespoons green onions, chopped
1 teaspoon oregano
Dash nutmeg
Salt & pepper to taste
1 egg
¼ cup milk
½ cup bread crumbs
3.5 ounces Tnuva Feta Cheese, crumbled
Oil for frying
Instructions:
1. Put the cauliflower in a microwave-proof dish and cook until soft but not mushy. Transfer to a food processor and pulse until the cauliflower is like crumbs.
2. Transfer the cauliflower to a large bowl, and mix with remaining ingredients.
3. Heat the oil in a large skillet on medium heat. With wet hands, form patties and fry for 3 minutes on each side or until nicely browned. Drain on absorbent paper.
4. Serve on a hamburger bun with a slice of tomato, onion, and some lettuce.
