Cheese Mousse with Cherry Confiture

Ingredients:
Cherry confiture:
21 ounces frozen sour cherries
1 cup sugar
Juice of one lemon
Cheese mousse:
2 8-ounce cartons heavy whipping cream
2 tablespoons sugar
1 container Tnuva Premium Cheese Spread, original flavor
Instructions:
1. Put the ingredients for the confiture into a medium pot. Cook over low heat stirring occasionally for 50-60 minutes or until thickened.
2. Let cool and then refrigerate for several hours.
3. When the confiture is cold, prepare the cheese mousse: Beat the cream with the sugar on high until peaks form.
4. Carefully fold in the cheese.
5. Prepare 9 serving glasses. Add a dollop of cheese mousse to each glass, followed by some cherry confiture. Repeat until you have finished all the mousse and confiture.
6. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate.
