One-Pot Spaghetti with Creamy Pesto Sauce

Ingredients:

16 ounces spaghetti
3/4 cup pesto
1 teaspoon salt
1 8-ounce container half-and-half
4 ½ cups water
4 ounces Tnuva Edam Cheese Slices, cut into small pieces

Instructions:

1. Put all the ingredients except for the cheese in a large pot. Cover and cook over medium heat.
2. When the liquid starts to boil, remove the lid and stir occasionally. Continue cooking until the sauce thickens and the spaghetti is al dente. Taste and correct seasoning.
3. Add the cheese and mix well. If the sauce is too thick, add a little more water.
4. If desired, sprinkle a little more cheese on top.
