Strawberry Crumb Cheesecake

Ingredients:
Base:
2 eggs
¼ cup sour cream
½ cup buttermilk
½ cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup flour
½ teaspoon baking powder
Strawberry filling:
1 ½ cups strawberries or other fruit, sliced
1 tablespoon sugar
Juice from ½ lemon
Cheese layer:
1 container Tnuva Premium Cheese Spread, Original Flavor
1 cup sour cream
3 tablespoons sugar
1 egg
Zest from ½ lemon
Crumb Topping:
3 tablespoons flour
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons cold butter
½ teaspoon cinnamon
2 tablespoons ground pecans
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 325⁰F. Grease a round 8” spring form pan.
2. Combine the first 5 ingredients for the crust and beat well. Add the flour and baking powder and combine just until incorporated. Pour into the greased pan.
3. Combine all the ingredients for the cheese layer and pour over the crust.
4. Combine the strawberries with the sugar and lemon juice and arrange over the cheese layer.
5. Put all the ingredients for the crumb topping in a food processor and and pulse until you have crumbs. Sprinkle on top of the cake.
6. Bake for 35-40 minutes until set.
