Spaghetti Fritters

Ingredients:
1 package (16-oz) spaghetti
4 tablespoons dried tomatoes, chopped
1 package Tnuva Muenster Cheese Slices, cut into small pieces
1 package Tnuva Feta Cheese, crumbled
4 eggs
1/3 cup fresh basil, chopped finely
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon oregano
Canola oil
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375⁰F. Grease a piece of parchment paper and place on a baking pan.
2. Break the raw spaghetti pieces in half, then cook according to package directions. Do not rinse.
3. Add the rest of the ingredients to the cooked spaghetti, except for the oil, and mix well.
4. Using wet hands, form fritters from the mixture and place on the greased paper, at least 2 inches apart. Sprinkle a few drops of oil on top of the fritters. Bake until done, about 25 minutes.
