Lemon Cheese Mousse with Berry Topping

Ingredients:
1 container Tnuva Premium Cheese Spread, Original Flavor
8 ounces heavy cream
2 tablespoons lemon zest
2 tablespoons lemon juice
4 tablespoons confectionary sugar
4 tablespoons gelatin dissolved into 4 tablespoons water
Berry Topping:
1 cup frozen berries
¼ cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring
1 teaspoon cornstarch dissolved in ½ cup water
Instructions:
1. Put the dissolved gelatin into the microwave for 30 seconds.
2. Beat the cheese with the lemon juice and zest, and the gelatin.
3. In a separate bowl, beat the heavy cream with the sugar until stiff.
4. Fold the whipped cream into the cheese mixture until combined.
5. Transfer to ramekins or decorative glasses. Chill for 4 hours in the freezer or 10 hours in the fridge.
6. Meanwhile, put all the berry topping ingredients into a saucepan. Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened.
7. Serve the mousse with the berry topping.
