Vanilla Cheese Roll Cake
Yield: 1 cake

Ingredients:
Roll Cake:
4 eggs
½ cup sugar
4 tablespoons oil
3 tablespoons milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
Filling:
1 cup vanilla instant pudding
1 container Tnuva Premium Cheese Spread, original flavor
1 container Tnuva Quark Creamy Soft Cheese, 9%
8 ounces heavy cream
1 scant cup confectionary sugar
Contents of 1 vanilla bean or 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Fruit for topping
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350⁰F.
2. In a mixer bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar until light.
3. Add the oil, milk, vanilla extract, flour and baking powder. Fold together until just combined.
4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, and spray with non-stick spray.
5. Pour the batter onto the baking sheet and smooth the top. Bake for 15 minutes until golden.
6. Turn the cake over onto a clean piece of parchment paper.
7. Carefully remove the parchment paper and roll the cake. Cover with a dish towel and let cool at room temperature.
8. Beat the filling ingredients until firm. Set aside a quarter of the filling to be used to decorate the top.
9. Carefully unroll the cake and spread the filling on the surface. Roll up.
10. Put the remaining filling in a piping bag with a star tip and decorate as shown, adding fruit of your choice. Sprinkle some confectionary sugar on the sides of the cake, as shown.
