Keto Cheese Crumble Cups (gluten-free, sugar-free)

Ingredients:
Filling:
1 container Tnuva Premium Cheese Spread, Original Flavor
8 ounces heavy cream
½ cup erythritol
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1 cup sour cream
Crumble:
2 cups almond flour
¼ cup Tnuva Butter, melted
1/3 cup chopped pistachios or pecans
3 tablespoons erythritol
Garnish:
Fruit of your choice

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
2. Prepare the crumble: Place all crumble ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Put on the baking pan and bake for 20 minutes or until brown. Let cool and break into pieces.
3. Prepare the filling: Beat all ingredients until firm.
4. In serving cups, spoon alternate layers of crumble and cheese filling, ending with cheese. Decorate with fruit.
