Quick ‘n Easy Vegetable Casserole

Ingredients:
1 2-pound bag frozen vegetable mix of your choice
3 green onions, sliced thinly
6 ounces Half-and-Half
3 eggs
1 cup Tnuva Quark Creamy Soft Cheese, 9%
1 teaspoon each salt and ground pepper
1 container Tnuva Edam Cheese Slices, cut into small pieces
Olive oil for greasing pan
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350ºF, and grease a round or a 9″ x 13″ pan with olive oil.
2. Combine all casserole ingredients, setting aside 3 tablespoons of Edam cheese pieces.
3. Pour the mixture into the pan. Smooth the top and sprinkle cheese on top.
4. Bake for 45 minutes until brown.
