GF Cheese Patties with Greek Tzatziki Dip

Ingredients:
Patties:
8 slices Tnuva Edam Cheese Slices, cut into small pieces
1 container Tnuva Feta Sheep’s Cheese
4 large zucchini, grated and squeezed to remove moisture
3 scallions, finely chopped
2 eggs
2 teaspoons baking powder
3 cups almond flour
3 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper
½ container Tnuva Premium Cheese Spread, Original Flavor
1 teaspoon oregano
Olive oil for frying
Non-stick spray
Tzatziki Dip:
2 cups plain yogurt
1 small cucumber, grated
1 clove garlic, crushed
3 tablespoons dill, chopped
Juice from ½ lemon
½ teaspoon salt
Instructions
1. Combine all the ingredients for the patties in a large bowl.
2. Heat a small amount of olive oil in a non-stick skillet. Drop the batter by spoonfuls and fry on both sides until golden.
3. Combine the ingredients for the tzatziki and transfer to a bowl.
4. Serve immediately.
