Toasted Baguette Topped with Tomatoes, Olives, Capers and Feta Delight

Prep Time: 20 minutes
Ingredients:
4 slices sourdough bread
4 small tomatoes
1 tablespoon capers
½ teaspoon za’atar spice
4 tablespoons olive oil
1/3 cup Tnuva Feta Delight, 5%, 16% or 24%, cut into cubes
Freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
1. Toast the bread until golden and crunchy. Place on a serving plate.
2. Chop 3 of the 4 tomatoes and place in a bowl. Slice the 4th tomato in half and squeeze the juice onto the other tomatoes in the bowl. Add all the remaining ingredients except for the Feta. Mix well.
3. Top each slice of bread with the tomato mixture. Add the cubes of Feta Delight on top. Sprinkle a little black pepper and serve.
