Mason Jar Greek Salad

Ingredients:
1/2 cup cooked pasta or rice
A handful of green onions
1 sliced tomato
1 coarsely chopped cucumber
2 tablespoons of olive oil
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
Salt and pepper
1/4 thin purple onion, sliced
A handful of pitted olives
100 grams of Tnuva USA’s Sheep’s Feta
Instructions:
1. Cook the rice, pasta or orzo separately.
2. Chop the veggies
3. Place all the ingredients in the order in the jar and close the lid. Take with you to work, school or on the go. Shake and eat!
