Cream Cheese Mini Donuts

Ingredients:

  • 1 container Tnuva Premium Soft Cheese, Original Flavor
  • 2 containers Tnuva Quark Creamy Soft Cheese 9%
  • 2 ¼ cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 4 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla flavoring
  • Oil for deep frying
  • Powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients and mix well. Let sit for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat the oil in a small pot. Using 2 spoons, form donuts and drop into the oil.
  3. Fry until golden.
  4. Dust with powdered sugar and serve immediately.
