Apple Carrot Patties

Ingredients:
1 ½ cups flour
¼ cup sugar
A pinch of salt
1 cup Tnuva Alternative Almond Drink
1 large carrot, finely grated
2 apples, coarsely grated
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 tablespoon vinegar or lemon juice
Oil for frying
Powdered sugar for sprinkling
Instructions:
1. In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar and salt. Add the almond drink and mix well so that there are no lumps.
2. In a separate dish, mix together the baking soda with the vinegar. Add to the batter and mix well.
3. Drain the grated carrot and apples and add to the batter. Mix well.
4. Fry patties on both sides until nicely browned.
5. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
