Arugula and Feta Salad with Balsamic-Glazed Pears

2 tablespoons olive oil
4 pears, cored and sliced into eighths
3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon honey
1 cup Tnuva Feta Sheep’s Milk Cheese, crumbled
2 packages of arugula
3 tablespoons fresh-squeezed lemon juice
2 tablespoons of hazelnuts, peeled and coarsely chopped

1. Heat up olive oil in a frying pan. Once hot, pan fry the pears for three minutes until golden. Add the balsamic vinegar and cook for two minutes, until the sauce thickens. Add the honey and cook for 1-2 minutes until a syrup forms.
2. Lower the flame and add the feta cheese. Stir well.
3. Place the arugula into a large bowl and top with the pear-cheese sauce. Add the lemon juice and toss well.
4. Sprinkle hazelnuts into the salad and serve.
Optional: Include summer fruits, such as pears or nectarines, in this salad for extra freshness
