Baked Feta Dip

Ingredients:

1 package Tnuva Feta Cheese
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 sprig fresh thyme
1 sprig fresh oregano
Freshly ground black pepper
Chili pepper (optional)

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 400⁰F. Put the whole chunk of cheese in an ovenproof dish. Sprinkle the olive oil, herbs and seasoning on top. Bake for 10 minutes, or until soft.
2. Mash slightly with a fork. Serve with crackers, nachos, and vegetable sticks.
