Baked French Toast

Ingredients:

1 leftover challah
2 cups frozen fruit of your choice
4 eggs
1 8-ounce container heavy cream
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons Tnuva Butter, cut into tiny pieces
Powdered sugar for serving

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 ºF.
2. Slice the challah and arrange in a baking dish. Sprinkle the frozen fruit over the challah slices.
3. Beat the eggs together with the cream, sugar and vanilla and pour over the challah. Scatter the butter pieces all over.
4. Cover the baking pan and bake for 30 minutes.
5. Before serving, dust with powdered sugar.
