Baked Gnocchi with Cheese and Garlic

Prep time: 20 minutes

Serves: 2-3 (Midsized pyrex)

1 package ready-made gnocchi
1 tablespoon olive oil
3-4 finely chopped garlic cloves
1 container of heavy cooking cream
Salt and pepper to taste
For the cheese mixture:
2/3 package Tnuva Sheep’s Feta Cheese
5 oz grated Tnuva Edam Cheese
2-3 tablespoons of bread crumbs

1. Preheat oven to 370 ⁰F.
2. In a medium skillet, fry garlic in olive oil until lightly golden.
3. Add cream, season with salt and pepper and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
4. Cut the feta into cubes and add to the cream mixture.
5. Add half of the Edam cheese to the mixture and stir.
6. Put gnocchi into the Pyrex pan, add the sauce and mix well until all the gnocchi are coated in it.
7. Sprinkle bread crumbs and the second half of Edam cheese on top and bake for about 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
8. Serve hot.
