Baked Potatoes with Crispy Cheese

Ingredients:
6 medium potatoes, scrubbed and cut in half
¼ cup butter
½ package Tnuva Edam Cheese Slices, cut into small pieces
2 tablespoons olive oil
½ teaspoon garlic granules
1 teaspoon mixed spices (e.g., Mrs. Dash)
Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350⁰F. Melt the butter in the microwave. Add the cheese, olive oil, garlic and seasoning and mix well.
2. Pour ¾ of the mixture into the center of a baking pan lined with parchment paper.
3. Place each potato, cut side down, onto the mixture and slide to the side. Repeat until all the potatoes are arranged on the baking pan.
4. Brush the rest of the mixture on the potatoes, and bake for 30 minutes or until soft.
