Breakfast Shake

Prep time: 10 minutes

Serves: 2

2 cups of Tnuva USA Quark Cheese (either 5% or 9%)
2 cups of washed strawberries/blueberries
2 tablespoons of natural sweetener (example-silan)
2 teaspoons of chia seeds for garnish
A sprig of mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Wash the berries in a bowl (soak for three minutes). Add the berries, the quark and the natural sweetener to a blender. Blend until smooth. Add the chia seeds and the mint leaves. Enjoy!
