Broccoli Cheese Muffins

3 eggs
¼ cup oil
1 cup sour cream
Salt & pepper to taste
½ cup matzo meal
1 teaspoon baking powder
3.5 ounces Tnuva Edam Cheese Slices, cut into small pieces
4 ounces Tnuva Feta Cheese, crumbled
7 ounces frozen broccoli, thawed and chopped


1. Preheat oven to 350⁰F.
2. In a mixer bowl, beat the eggs with the oil and sour cream.
3. Add the salt & pepper, matzo meal and baking powder and beat well.
4. Fold in the cheeses and the broccoli.
5. Pour into a muffin tray and bake for 30-40 minutes, until the muffins start to brown on top.
