Bruschetta With Cheese and Mushrooms

Ingredients:
2 baskets mushrooms
3 sprigs fresh thyme
2 cloves garlic, sliced
3 tablespoons olive oil
¼ cup white wine
1 ciabatta
1 container Tnuva Premium Cheese Spread, Garlic and Dill Flavor

Instructions:
1. Saute the mushrooms with the thyme, garlic and olive oil for about 5 minutes.
2. Add the white wine and cook for another 5 minutes over medium-low heat until reduced.
3. Slice the ciabatta and toast in the oven for about 7 minutes.
4. Remove the ciabatta from the oven and cut each piece in 3.
5. Spread with the cheese spread and top with the warm mushrooms. Serve immediately.
