Cheese Cake Pops

Yield: 25 pops

Ingredients:
1 container Tnuva Premium Cheese Spread, Original Flavor
OR Tnuva Quark Cream Soft Cheese, 9%
8 ounces vanilla cookies, crushed fine
1/4 cup confectionary sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring
1 teaspoon lemon zest
5 tablespoons heavy cream
Fresh cherries (pitted) or blueberries for filling the cake pops
Coating:
3.5 ounces vanilla cookies, crushed fine

Instructions:
1. Combine the crushed cookies with the cheese, sugar, vanilla, lemon zest and heavy cream. Mix well.
2. Chill for about a half hour until firm.
3. With wet hands, form a ball around a blueberry or pitted cherry. Coat the ball in the crushed cookies.
4. If desired, put each cake pop on a lollipop stick. Chill and serve.
