These sweet, fried cheese patties are an easy dessert that both kids and grownups will love!

Servings: 12 small patties
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
1 carton Tnuva’s Creamy Soft Cheese 3%
3 tbs. self-rising flour
3 tbs. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 ½ tbs. canola oil
1.Mix the cheese, the flour, the sugar, and the vanilla in a bowl; mix with a hand mixer until the batter is smooth.
2.Heat a pan with a little bit of oil and wait until the pan is hot. Take a small spoon of batter and pour it into the pan, so that it forms a circle of about 10 cm in diameter.
3.When the edges begin to turn golden, flip the patty over on its other side for about two minutes, or until it’s as done as you like it.
4.Optional: Drizzle with maple syrup.
