Cheese Potato Latkes

Level: Medium

Ingredients:
4 medium potatoes, peeled
4 tablespoons chives, chopped
2 green onions, chopped fine
2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
4 tablespoons parsley, chopped
1 package Tnuva Feta Cheese, grated
1 package Tnuva Edam Cheese Slices, cut into small pieces
2 tablespoons flour
Salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
5 eggs
Oil for frying

Instructions:
1. Grate the potatoes. Squeeze and drain.
2. Transfer to a bowl. Add the rest of the ingredients except for the oil. Mix well.
3. Form thick patties and fry in hot oil on both sides. Drain on absorbent paper.
4. Serve with sour cream or Tnuva Quark Creamy Soft Cheese 5%.
