Ingredients:
8 Tnuva Cheese Wedges
2 tablespoons uncooked rice
1 medium potato, diced
1 medium onion, diced
Oil for frying
1 tablespoon pareve chicken-flavored soup powder
1 egg, beaten
Instructions:
1. Fill a 4-quart pot ¾ of the way with water. Add the rice and potato. Cook for 5-7 minutes.
2. Meanwhile, saute the onion in the oil until brown.
3. Cut the Tnuva Cheese Wedges into small pieces. When the water in the pot is boiling, add the cheese. Mix well, then add the sautéed onion. Cook on low heat for 5 minutes.
4. Add the soup powder. Bring to a boil, then add the beaten egg. Cook for another 5 minutes and serve.
